Please read these Terms of Service before using this website or placing an order. By making a purchase from G3D, you agree to these terms.

1. About G3D G3D is an independent, creator-run shop that makes custom collectible display pieces to order. Every product is made by a single maker and sold directly through this store. For support, email g3dprintsupport@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance of terms By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.

3. Made-to-order products All G3D products are custom and made to order. Production begins once the 24-hour cancellation period has ended. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Cancellations You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund by emailing g3dprintsupport@gmail.com. After 24 hours, production has begun and the order can no longer be cancelled.

5. Pricing and payment All prices are in US dollars. G3D may change its prices at any time without notice; the price shown at the time of your order is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify, and G3D does not store your payment information.

G3D will dispute chargebacks it believes to be fraudulent. In the event of a chargeback, we may provide the payment processor with all relevant order details, communications, and shipping records.

6. Shipping Orders ship via USPS. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. G3D is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to the carrier once an order has shipped. After shipment has been confirmed by tracking, G3D is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but will make reasonable efforts to help locate them.

Should international shipping become available, international customers will be responsible for any customs fees, duties, and import taxes charged in their country. G3D has no control over these charges.

7. Product disclaimer All products are intended for display and collecting only. They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 14 years of age. WARNING: Contains small parts. Choking hazard. Keep away from children under 3 years of age.

Colors and finishes may differ slightly from product photos because of variations in material batches, production settings, and screen displays. These minor variations are a normal part of the production process and are not considered defects.

8. Intellectual property G3D is an independent creator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any intellectual property holder, including Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company.

Some products are inspired by characters and designs owned by their respective rights holders. G3D does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property. All rights to original characters, trademarks, and designs belong to their owners.

Designs, models, photographs, and other creative work produced by G3D remain the intellectual property of G3D. Customers may not copy, resell, distribute, or commercially use any design purchased from or provided by this shop.

Products inspired by third-party characters are fan-made and intended for personal use and collecting only. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a handmade item and not an officially licensed product.

9. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, G3D's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item concerned, and G3D is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, its products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under California consumer law, including implied warranties.

10. Right to refuse service G3D may refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or requests that conflict with our values or production capabilities. If an order is cancelled for this reason, a full refund will be issued.

11. Changes to these terms G3D may update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Using the website or placing an order after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
