Shipping policy

Processing time All orders are made to order and are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Processing may take longer during periods of high demand. If we cannot ship your order within the stated time, we will notify you by email with a revised date, and you may choose to cancel for a full refund.

Carrier and tracking All orders ship via USPS. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates

  • Standard: $8.00, or free on orders of $75 or more (calculated after discounts)
  • Express: $15.00

Delivery times Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. G3D is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or stolen packages Once an order has been handed to USPS and tracking confirms the shipment, G3D is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package appears to be lost, email g3dprintsupport@gmail.com and we will do our best to help. We also recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking number.

Incorrect shipping address Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. G3D is not responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly. If you notice an error, email g3dprintsupport@gmail.com immediately, and we will try to correct it if the order has not yet shipped.

G3D is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, misdelivered, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us for this reason, you may request a refund of the product price and any sales tax. The original shipping charge is not refundable, as the shipping service was already provided to the address entered at checkout.

International shipping G3D does not currently offer international shipping. We ship to addresses within the United States only.
